I wanted to enter this contest because February is a very special and important month for me, and this makes the ninth Valentine's day (and beyond) that I have spent with the love of my life and so I wanted to make that the theme of a love entry. It's like I took a picture of a very private moment and showed it to everyone.
On the first night he said I was beautiful and I cried. Then he told me he loved me and my life changed forever.

This is just fantastic. Simply gorgeous. I already thought that before I actually brought up the full picture from the thumbnail, and reading through the description, now even more so. There's something incredibly nerve-wracking about taking a private moment from your own life and drawing it, putting it out there. This is just so beautiful, and I'd love to hear the whole story some time from you. Just amazing.
