Have I ever said how much I ADORE Skyward Sword Zelda? No? Well- I DO! She is, without a doubt, my favorite incarnation of Zelda in the entire series. As much as I would love to rant about my love for her and why, I will save you from it. ONWARD!
I cannot wait for SSB Wii U! Ugh! I am so so so so so excited. Being as Zelda has been featured in the last two games, I wouldn't mind seeing her in this one- in her Skyward Sword design of course! <3 I was thinking about what she would be like in this version and I thought "It would be adorable if when she was in the air she'd use the sailcloth to float down." AND THUS THIS PICTURE WAS BORN!
And if she had a Final Smash...I'd imagine it would be a super shove, knocking all players off the level; after all, she's good at that. :3
My background is crappy (and her legs...what? NOOOO!)- So sue me. However, I got this posted before 2014 started (for my time zone at least) and I'm looking forward to seeing how much better my art gets this next year. Good riddance 2013!

True, Skyward Zelda was adorable, I was actually expecting to see her in the Smash bros at the beggining but then I realized that, shamely, she doesn't have the "fighter touch" Twilight Zelda had, and then the smash bros web page confirmed what I was thinking...

I can agree with that, but I never really saw Peach as having the "fighter touch" at all, but I can't say I really ever thought this would actually be.

You really do a great job, so believe it! The coloring and details in this piece are fantastic! If you wanted something to improve, I'd just say the anatomy of the legs. But you honestly can't tell that much because the colors are just so rich and awesome~ :3

It's so funny! I noticed the anatomy of the legs (being TERRIBAD) after I submitted it (how do you miss that when coloring?) I tried to go for something like Princess Peach's floating animation (something like this: www.ssbwiki.com/images/thumb/4… ) but I didn't follow the pose exactly, causing me to lose the correct anatomy.
