Description
Just Wings3d and Bryce. The buildings are modeled in a few minutes, it's a rather simple procedure.
You have to create just a single module which is easy and quickly done.
After that using the mirror command several times, you get a pretty tall building in a moment.
The Skyscraper on background was modeled the same way.

Thank you so much!
Modeling of this building took about 15 minutes.
It's really easy.
Maybe I'll make a tutorial.

Stunned! At first I thought that it would take me a year to model this.
The "mirror" command is a good idea. But still, the first floor needs to be modeled.
How many polygons in this building or what weight of the file in Bryce?

Thank you for the comment!
You don't need to model a whole floor, only one window inclusive wall segment is needed.
Or if you have different windows, just one segment of each sort of window.
This building has 4 different sorts of windows.
Maybe I should make a tutorial about this.
The building has 96157 polygons, the whole scene is 40 mb, this isn't very large comparing to other scenes.
For example,
I think this one had almost 600 mb despite of using instances:
Bryce has crashed when I tried to save the scene.

Thankful in advance, Simone.
I'm interested in how to make the 1st floor. How to make a window frame and how to automate this process, because manually I will do it. But it's very long. I guess I do not know many ways of working in Wings.
And yes, for Bryce the value of not only and not so much the size of the object in the polygons or the size of the file in MB, but also the number of objects (instances) in the scene matters. In other words, it is better to clone a dense grass with a set of grass blades 10 times than a single blade of grass 1000 times. Although in the first case the parent object has more polygons, but to cover an equal area, fewer copies are needed, Bryce will be faster and the final file will be smaller. Tested in practice.
