Ho well , why ... it looks exactly like me with 60 years old ... the eyebrows the every wrincles, the smile the lips the bear shape the ears ... and i sure would wear a cloth like that... just my eyes are not blue .... but its my soul there exactly ... it almost frights me / congratulations ... the character portrait... is one of the bests i ever sow .. so realistic so emotions Alive...
I hope i live that long... and end up as charming and good looking as this guy... i feel so much like dying already. .... .. Goodbie My Christmas Kitty .... Take good care of you... and dont forget to no matter what, be Always Happy.

You might use references, but you change them as if there were clay in your own extraordinary imagination ...
You basically can have Wings and you can Fly to the moon ... Not just stick to the references Given ! That is amazing good Professional qualities !
There are many professionals that Would love to have your skills believe me ...
And what most astonishes is that you have a full time job ...
And you do this rushing in as a hobby ....
But you are sooo soo much better than many professionals outhere.
That Seriously you just need a Push with the Right SOftware and Hardware Professionals outhere use to become so much better than them ...

I still just feel you are wasting yourself with bryce ...
As This days there are the Unbiased Renderer Engines
For example Poser has the "reality plugin" there is also "Octane" there is "Thea" "Maxwell" and Also "Blender Cicles" wich is free ...
Its important for a Professional to have "Realistic finish" on their models "
And its not your fault : you are as good as any of the Top row : www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc-top-…
You just need to STart Using a proper "sculpt" Program Like Zbrush or 3dcoat ... and a proper any kind of Unbiased Renderer
Beside that wich is minimal ...
As its not the tool is the Artist .
And as a 3D Artist ...
