I have been trying for so damn long to get this type of sky effect but no matter what settings I use I can never achieve something like this..
Could you please help me by telling me what settings you used? I shoot all film so I do not have the pleasure of instantly seeing the photo after it has been taken.

It's a long exposure, so you need exposure around 60-180 sec. I used ND and IR filters with GND filter to make it. Good Luck!

Hmm sounds like too many filters to me! I just have a basic UV filter, but as far keeping the shutter open for that long, do you just hold and press the button down for that long or do you have another method?

za wydluzenie czasu odpowiada tutaj filtr podczerwieni (IR), natomiast GND, to filtr szary-polowkowy.
