I'm interested in trying some shots like this but cant get ND's dark enough when it comes to screw on filters. I was wondering what brand of filters you use for shots like this. Any help would be appreciated.

This one was taken with Ir filter not ND.
But if you're looking for really dark ND filter, check the Hoya ND400 or Heliopan ND 3.0.
