I actually live in one of those tower buildings.
They've started digging out the little square in the middle of the buildings on the left for construction of another tower there in the last couple of weeks. Its a big hole now...
And the triangle just below/right of the freeway at the intersection is already built up to the height of the freeway itself...

You've never been to Toronto have you? It never sleeps, like Chicago. The only reason it looks "quiet" is that the picture is a time exposure. Those white streaks on the highway are the headlights of hundreds of cars booking their way across town. The red tail lights don't show up as dramatically in the opposing lanes.

I love this picture. Canadian cities seem cleaner than American systems. You'd never find something this immaculate in, say LA, where I visit often.

150 favourites ... 6 comments. Whats wrong with people these days. So lazy. I blame the facebook "like" button for everything!
Oh regarding the picture: High quality as always How do you get on top of all these buildings!

Always a fan of long shutter city shots, but there are a lot about. However this stands apart from the rest. It is different and has instant appeal. I love the elevated road right through the picture.
