Description
Real or Render?Anyway, I'm practicing my rendering skills and here's what I've come up with as of now.
Modeled in 3Ds MAX 2012, rendered with iRay, post in Photoshop.

awesome, i need to try recreate somthing like this
BUT if you wanted to improve it, think about how fluid sits in a glass, its never perfectly level, personally i would take the edge and lift it up, adding an extra cut just inside so that it slopes up the glass a touch
liquid always seems to climb the glass because of surface tension, adding that would make it almost flawless
very glad your still submitting to my group

I was thinking about that and enabled an option in the shader for the liquid to 'merge' with other objects at the edges, but forgot these shading options don't work in iRay
In any case, I'm very glad u like it!

Very good render IMO, but βbecause you ask for critiqueβ the superior edge of the lemon slices looks really sharp to me: it's the only thing which bugs me, but slightly... :]

well, when you use a sharp knife to cut a lemon, the edges are, in fact, sharp
Hah, thx for the feedback
