Hehe, well.... If we are assuming that "no study" is actually the opposite of study, then I would propose that no study is actually defined as -study. Therefore we also can assume that "no fail" is -fail. Thus, -study=fail, study=-fail sooooo we find that -study is always equal to fail no mater how it is manipulated.
Mathematically, it makes no sense to treat "no" as a separate variable.
... I likes math. I still think this is cute, though.
