That's the 411. My dearest fan character under a certain predicament of some sort. Thanks a lot Sega. Probably was a coincidence .
As I said, self-expression. Besides, I was determined to be the first EVER to do fan art of this mysterious character. Bet I'm not... but oh well. One of the first.
