Description NOTE: Glad you ppl like this picture. However, kindly stfu regarding the Orb/Talisman name that Spyro is holding. I'll call it a pink flamingo if I want to.
Really, how bored are you?!? It's a picture to be looked at, of Spyro, holding what I want to and will call... a Talisman. Who says I have to follow things 100%. I gave Spyro yellow eyes for starters FFS.

This is Spyro the dragon, from the playstation series.

This scene is taken from my favourite level in Spyro 2. There is some sort of Lava level where you fly around a 'Mount doom' sort of level, and spit these stones at these annoying demons or something.

Here he is now. Except the twist here is that our hero is looking edgy... literally. And he is holding a talisman. These items you collected in Spyro 2.

No heavy criticisms please. None of the '' emoticon and don't bloody well go for the obvious 'Cool, I like the fire'. Just, it seems so stupid people always seem to comment on the special FX. Perhaps elaborate and use your brain ¬_¬

An excellent piece from you, Wraith. ^^ I love the way you've coloured him (especially his wings) and that talisman/orb, gosh, it's so purty! The background is gorgeous too. All in all, it's faboo.

Wow! The coloring and everything are simply amazing! You should create the cover pic for the next Spyro game ^-~. I would go for a walk in the background but it looks dangerous there XD. This is so awesome OO! I need to fav* it ^-^

Great job, I love the glowing effects on the character, and he really does look very cute! The roundness of the lighting and structuring of the character really make him seem cute

Maybe some darker shading on the upper parts of the character? And some dark shadows above the character too, maybe. The strongest source of light seems to be the lava, which is below him. At the moment the lighting seems to be coming from the direction of the green stone. If it's meant to be mostly from that you should probably make the stone brighter and also add a bigger, darker shadow, behind him

Get your CD cleaned.... it's a nifty game . But yeah... can relate to that in terms of music. Some of my old CD music keeps skipping on my discman x_X I swear it's a pain!!!

Long time no talk... sorry it's been a while and stuff...
I want to do Crash Bandicoot next... or Wraith VS. Shadow. Cant decide...

i don't know where it is...*twiddles thumbs* I think it somewhere in the dreaded jungle of my brother's room.
Yeah, it's so freaking annoying, I have a load of CD's and some of them are scratched and ehen I play them ande they get stuck I give my hi-fi a good shake and it works again.^^

Oh yeah! Talking of art! I'm going to Art college in September! I still have to go for an interview though. But I was told I have a good chance cause of my work.^^

XD Hahah. No really, its really awesome you put work into doing Spyro the Dragon! You don't always have to do sonic art you know! I'm really proud of this! Its one of the trickest levels actually but its rather fun once you play through it. ^-^ I like this action pose! DON'T YOU DARE SCRAP THIS KATE. >_> I'll.... D: Do something. I just gotta think. xD

It too damn good.
Also I luv how you made spyro look so cute and yet nervous.
Spyro is my favorite dragon.I haven't played the game in a while but seeing this pic makes me want to go play it again.BTW that lava level is my fave.I'm definately ing this.

Well I don't think you should scrap this! It looks too good to be found under Scraps! That's an amazing CGing job, the best I've seen in a long time. I especially love all the specular highlights on Spyro. Overall, a really nicely done picture. *faves*

oooo... I love this! n__n Spyro was my favorite character on the playstation! :3 I really love the effects you gave to the background which gives it a real cool looking. I also love how your coloured Spyro. :> I just have one little problem. xD; You said in your comments he was holding a Talisman, but... isn't that one of the bouncy orb thingies? o_O; I could never find them all... until I cheated for the last one and looked it up on the internet... darn orbs.

I played hte game in German and I think they called the green orbs Talismans. So I am not really sure what the characters referred to them as in English. *scratches head*
Orb finding was hard. I made it eventually *shot* Spyro is the few games I aim 100% without help. Look at me in Sonic Heroes... I am crap. I haven't collected all the Emeralds. now I ph33r I will never see the ending

Hey hey, Spyro is cool too!

I absolutely love this style of coloring you're using Ben....really gorgeous and so much like a painting! *nod* Spyro certainly does seem edgy and nervous; you did a great job of interpreting that through your drawing....his pose has just the right proportioning and the bg looks quite interesting. He has a good reason to be nervous!

But yeah... even he gets burnt in the games. Lol, if you use up your whole energy bar and touch the lava, he turns pitch black, as stiff as a statue and faints and dies. It's funny in a cartoon way, but then you think 'No! My baby Spyro!!!!' o_o

It would be a shame if I didn't this...
It's really very awsome. The style for Spyro is quite unique, almost...sonicish...in a way. The background is really great...great detail in everything.

Yeah, I have that game, that level you're talking about is annoying...and...isn't that what he's holding an orb? Ah whatever, I haven't played that darn game in months.

It'll be a real shame to scrap this. This is truly amazing.
