This is an old tutorial, but THANK YOU! (: I just got Photoshop CS5 and I've been an Elements (2.0) user for a long time, and I was a major pen-tool newbie. No other tutorial explained this method, they were all some strange technique I couldn't quite grasp. Thank you, again! <3

I'm guessing you mean cutting out the horse?
When I first started it usually took me a while because I had no idea what I was doing (15 mins max). But now I am entirely used to it and I can click pretty quickly so it usually only takes me about five minutes. Of course, this also depends on the size of your picture and how exact you want it to be cut out.
