It has come to my attention that many deviants here on DeviantArt don't know how to report deviations... Sorry if this has already been made. I just wanted to make one to link people to whenever they need to know how
PLEASE REPORT:
Pornography, erect penors, masturbation Theft, using any official art in icons etc, screencaps Tracing Recoloring Celebrity pictures (If you didn't take the pic, it counts as theft) Underage erotica Real violence and hate art (racism, sexism, etc)A USEFUL SOURCE: [link]
Tineye is a reverse image search engine that can be very helpful for finding image sources on stolen art or photos!

i got a little question ... do you know how long does it take until a picture is deleted? i reported some pictures one week ago (the original pictures are made by another deviant) and they still didn't delete it ...

It can take minutes or months. The DA staff sort of sucks about that, I won't lie

Are they claiming that they drew the icon? I'm not sure what policy is on personal use of icons with other people's art... You'll have to check out FAQ and possibly contact them

Here's a little advise 
Secondly, you can go to this profile:
You can link to that guy's gallery and give a brief description of what he's doing that's against policy, and people will help you report his deviations or even his profile if it's bad enough.
^devart is a bot though, so nobody is on that account. It just sends automated messages, like "You got a badge!" and things like that. So that's why people use that profile sort of like a forum for various things.

Omg thank you so much for this my little sister likes this site and she, sadly, finds LOTS of pornographic base images and it makes me mad that some people will not add a mature lock for bases. Knowing how to report these careless people gives me a little more peace of mind when she goes on this site.

They call it "untouchable because of free-speech" (which means NOTHING on a privately owned website), even if it breaks the very rules that DA has set. It's a massive contradiction.

Unfortunately, there's nothing that CAN be done. You just have to hope that a decent moderator comes by, and actually deletes an offensive image when reported.
