yeahh preacisely. for this method, it goes like u draw shapes as in creating jigsaw puzzles pieces and at the same time putting em together.

What would sort of things would you suggest to start off with for beginners like me?

simple photos? or perhaps give a try vectoring outlines of the photos. like my 1st time haha XD. actually its more to your preference. keep the passion and patience up XD

vectoring is a technique, like acrylic, oilpainting and stuff. tracing is a method.
