First.....WOW~ That's an awesome looking dragon you drew there! The colors and the details are great and I love these crystals above his head. It's great that his wing (?) on the left side has less detail and is blurred, so the viewers attention gets drawn to the dragons face. His eye is beautiful and the black fur looks so smooth and soft. The braided section is a nice detail as well as the three rings connected with a small chain on his horn. 

It's good that you kept the background so simple.

Maybe you should have added some more bluish highlights on the top of his head, since the crystals shine in a blue color. But that would be my only critique. 

It's a great drawing. Very well done.

This is truly amazing.  The colors work beautifully together, the detail is absolutely incredible, and I love the expression.  I especially like the glowing blue runes and the blue in the scales!

I adore these scales and feathers, I can't say it enough! And he appears to be very charming~ The background-colours flatter him quite well, too.
