Haha yeah, I usually say I have insulation but I didn't know the Japanese word for it, so I just went for heat tech since everyone wears it here XD
I wasn't sure if the joke would get across to people outside Japan, since I don't know how popular that Uniqlo line is in other countries!

Ah, well the Japanese brand Uniqlo has a clothing line called "Heat Tech" which pretty much everyone in Japan wears in the winter since it's thin material but good at keeping you warm
