Let it be known that if you don't like the Ninja Turtles, then I probably won't like you. Hehe.I just watched Turtles Forever and it rekindled my love for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (which actually ignites like twice a year or so). I've loved the Ninja Turtles since 4th grade (and considering that I'm almost 30 -- that's a pretty damn long time!) so they will always have a special place in my heart!
Here's my number one turtle, Raphael, having a fight with an old OC of mine named Yoko. I tore her sleeve to show off her yakuza tats
Believe me when I say that I tried tried tried to not let her panties flash, but in that position it was just impossible. Oh well, enjoy the view, Raph.
And because I love doing this to myself: I totally failed on the anatomy on Raphael's leg. The cuts are in the wrong place. Also the coloring could have been more refined, and the background could have been more dynamic. I also don't like the color palette, I really hope I could learn to develop a better palette someday.

Haha thank you very much! Yeah, my gallery can be quite a headache to go through since there's way too much in there. I try to weed the featured gallery out once in a while, but I do have to go through the regular gallery and just browse through everything to check which should be thrown to the scraps.
And later on I have to weed through the scraps as well!

That's so wicked to hear such fandom from one who wishes to outshine the girls' point of view. I was treated like a girl when I was 13...(Thanks Mom) when I got any gift, they were Barbies...or girl things..(shudder) Though I hid a silent jealousy towards my brother...who alway got TMNT things every Christmas. I was teased by classmates in JR High, but I remained a dedicated follower. I am learning the Bo in my spare time...Named it "Donatello" and wrapped purple colored tape to make it feel like I actually own Donny's BO. I am 31 going on 32...in a few weeks, and I still watch The Ninja Turtles...to this very day. I had a vision of doing a DA of Donatello and my character, Princess Sadie (An Archaeopteryx Anthro) playing the roles of Sara and The Goblin King, doing the ballroom scene...from The Labyrinth. I'm listening to the sndtrk now...and I really want to see if I can pull it off.
I would also like to compliment on this art work. I love the poses of them falling over the edge, still trying to kill each other. It shows a deep sense of character, feel and personality to both adversaries.

Haha, luckily my parents were happy to provide me with TMNT toys when I was little... And allowed me to quit gymnastics so I could stay home on Saturday mornings to watch TMNT.. Although now I wonder if that was such a good idea
Wow, you're actually 2 years older than myself! Although I'm really way out of shape now to even think of learning the sai. The most I can do is tattoo Raphael's sais and masks on my back, hehe.

I'm a secondary art teacher so I never get that love from the kids in my department! The kids from primary still whine to me for choosing to do just secondary this year, thus leaving them >_<

Yup, I'm an art teacher. I teach from grades 6 to 12 and my students have to bear with my cartoon craziness once in a while

Haha thanks! Yeah, I love childhood nostalgia! And the Ninja Turtles was my very first taste of obsession. Like seriously, I had this Ninja Turtles canister attached to my wrist at ALL times, and I never went to school without my action figures. My classmates thought I was weird, but oh well!
