It is official, ~Seiryuga can really draw such adorable renditions of the Powerpuff Girls, following the style started by him and Bleedman together.In this one, Bubbles is being supercute and dancing around the kitchen while sweeping up the floor, which is her chore for the day. So rather than waste that energy that she'd have used on dancing anyway, she decided to put it to use, by wearing a pair of scrubbing brushes as sandals and scrubbing the floor while she dances about.
The brush/sandals were a cute idea I got from the old subbed film version of "Pippi Longstocking" (and an old episode of "The Little Rascals" cartoon I found online somewhere), and the bunny on her dress was just added cuteness that I couldn't pass up the chance to add in. Bunnyyyyyy!
The deviation title is an obscure reference from a Simpsons ep where Homer found a mascot for a Japanese detergent that looked just like him. Part of the brand's name included "Magic scrubbing bubbles", iirc.

Actually, my comments are inaccurate, I first had this fun little idea when I saw an old episode of 7th Heaven, and Lucy Camden was dancing around the kitchen floor on a couple of old chamois leathers.
