well, the 90% of the Windows Vista icons are the same on Windows 7, but W7 has a little bit of new icons. I suppose the Windows 8 at least has 5 or 10 new icons.

yes you are right.. and some of those new icons are un-noticeable
I'll share it soon after I install Windows 8 RTM on my pc... I really have one but dont have enough time to spend in it

Will this work for restoring my original my original icons back? See I got Snow Transformation Pack,and used it for making my vista look like a mac,I unistalled it,but it still has the same icons.

i dont know about snow transformation pack coz i didnt made them, but for my icons, its .ICO and to use it is to do that manually.
so, for restoring it back to original, you'll do it manually too.
to change icons using .ICO is by right-clicking a shortcut and change its icons. so to restore it, you'll have to do it again..

U can use TuneUp Utilities 2008 or Axialis Icon Workshop or Iconpackager, Those apps are not free..
but u can do it in a easy way, manually..
1). Right click the icon u want to change > Properties.
2). Change ICON > browse those icons uve downloaded.
3). Select your Icons choice then OK > Apply..
That's it.. Hope that helps you out

You can exactly install it unless you know how to Resource Hack shell32.dll. I believe Yethzart only extracted the icons and posted them here.
