The second game ? Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
You recruit people to be your sidekicks, and when they level up to be real assassins, there's a ceremony and then they have to perform a "Leap of Faith", where you jump from relly high in water or in a haystack, trusting the Lord not to be crushed by the fall
