My Next VS for Windows 7: MACNIFICENT

Instruction:
THIS THEME IS FOR SMALL TASKBAR ONLY !!! Copy to C:/Windows/Resources/Theme to install theme. If you still don't know how to, read the text file included.
Tools to install theme can be found at:kishan-bagaria.deviantart.com/…
:Use blank startorb in the file to clear your current startorb

I just tried to install this and it came out very weird. I only used UxStyle (or whatever its name is) and it looked very, very odd. Is there a good, up-to-date guide somewhere that I can use? I'm quite new to this.

Pretty cool. Lovely usable and smooth. Only thing I might edit is big amount of unnecessary 1px white drop shadows. Then the explorer would go better with taskbar etc.
The DD is deserved though. Surely one of the most usable W7 themes I have seen in a while.
