It grants you these authorizations:

You can make profit with a modified product from this base once the commercial use bought

You can make adoptables, and sell them for the price you want IF YOU ARE A NOXIIE OFFICIAL GUEST ARTIST
You can use it for customs, commissions, YCH, etc - as long as your customer know you'll use this base

You cannot repost the base alone or sell it! You can sell things you make with this base, but NOT the base itself!
