For the most part i try to avoid favoriting OCs, but the work, effect, and character design here, i just cant stop looking at it. This is incredible!

No, i dont mind you asking at all. I just assume most ppl would be paranoid about others favoriting their OCs', i know i would. Also im afraid it might other ppls OCs might contaminate (for lack of a better word) my own work.

well the only response I have for that is:
1) I have no problems when people favorite/like my OCs. Β Not getting any kind of reaction on them (to me) more or less sends the message (again to me) that no one really cares about my OCs which then begs the question, "what's the point of sharing them online with other people if no one likes them?" I have had problems in the past with people taking my work and posting it elsewhere on the internet, but that's what the handy-dandy seals/watermarks are for now.
2) I get ideas/inspiration from other peoples' work ALL THE TIME. Β It is in no way a bad thing to let another person's work influence your own as long as you're not tracing/copying/plagiarizing and trying to pass off the copies as your own. Β And hey, if someone's work influences you in a major way, it's totally cool to credit/let them know that something they did was particularly inspiring and influential.
