how to fully install these theme?
ive already installed it but i think theres something wrong or missing with my installation. see screenshot below clink the link... thanks

For the icons on the taskbar:
Either use Taskbar Items Pinner or manually replace the icons you want to use.
For the explorer windows, I used IconPackager (which is a lot easier alternative to manually editing the resources). Token Light iconpack will work just fine with this theme imo.
You can find the start orb in the StartOrb folder of the theme, and use start orb changer v5 (www.mediafire.com/download/71oi9dwrpu7d9b9/%21Windows+7+Start+Orb+Changer.exe) to replace it. You might want to check "Replace by editing resources" in advanced options.

*How do you Install this for windows 8.1?
I installed universal theme patcher> unzipped it to C\windows\Resources\themes (folder)> Still will not show up> I then dragged some theme. files into the themes fodler> they then show up but only show a black background.
I have a personalized mouse pointer(glass) and I picked one of the default windows 8.1 themes etc> The question is Could this be my GPU?> right now I'm using my system within Intels HD4600 GPU could this cause the theme to display incorrectly> I can see it being an issue since Intels HD 4000 wasn't too good with any Desktop themes either.

Try this one. It's designed for Windows 8.1 and it works fine for me. It even works with the version of Aero Glass created by Big Muscle despite being a custom theme.

Are you using the version of Aero Glass created by Big Muscle? If so then that would be the problem. That version doesn't support custom themes. However, I have noticed that if your custom theme has multiple background images, then it will work fine with that version of Aero Glass.

Might be GPU related, but not sure.
Sadly I'm way better at troubleshooting problems on Windows 7 than I am on 8 / 8.1.

you should make debian gnome/lxdc/xfce theme edition of this, why? meybe valve will pick it up and use it in steamos

They should try to increase performance instead of looking for themes, coz sadly, STEAM OS is running games like crap
