Description
This is Carson. He's a 7' 3", 440 lb. Komodo dragon anthro who drools poisonous saliva and can't pronounce "w" or "qu". He's for a roleplay that I'm very much looking forward to.From left: The general idea of what he'll usually wear, his eye (grey-blue), him, his tattoo from the back (it's a black dragon), Carson compared to a person of about average height (also shows that Carson doesn't really stand up straight (he slouches to 6' something) and tends to lean forward to counterbalance his tail).
So, he's obviously mine. Don't use.

Haha, thanks. He was a fun one to come up with. I wanted to do something like a dragon, but I didn't know if those were allowed at the time, so then I thought KOMODO DRAGON and did a little research and remembered they're definitely one of my favorite lizards for a reason.
Sure, I'll help. If you want to commission me for a ref sheet or sketches or something, I could definitely do that, or give you suggestions for free.

I dunno, I think you MIGHT have been able to get away with it, just 'cause RzR wrote on the rp's homepage that some of the 'visitors' looked as though they'd walked straight out of human mythology. But I like this idea better. ^^ I like that most of the characters are actual animal anthros. Not that a dragon wouldn't be totally cool to see.
Eh, free suggestions are cool. ^^ The hardest part is the back armor; I need it to be able to curl into a whole ball, but human legs are longer and connect differently than actual armadillos, and I don't want her to look chunky, either. Any ideas? (And I totally understand, I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Alright. Uuuuummmm... hmm. How about something like the top left of [link] ? I'm not sure you'll be able to get past giving her relatively short legs, though. Unless you wanted to do something like, give her extra segments on her back armor that let her wrap her armor around her sides and in front a little more, and then pull it back. If that makes sense. Does that help?

Oo, this is great! Yes, I think I could use this. Relatively short legs actually probably won't be too big a deal, now that I think about it; it looks pretty cool here. I actually did give her extra segments in one of my doodles that sort of detach from her body and curl independently. Do you think it would be too outrageous to give her sort of 'retractable' armor pieces? That could solve a lot. Plus then she'd be like an organic transformer. XD

Um... well... it's an anthro. That came from outerspace. That could have been experimented on. So no, I think it would be hard to make anything too outrageous in that scenario. XD

Yyyes you do have a point there. XD I think I have a much better mental image of her; she is more armadillo-y than human-y now, but definitely an anthro. I can't wait to start! Although I plan to avoid Deige's character like the plague (ha, wording irony). His psychotic poisoner wolf kinda gives me the creeps.
