Here's part two of my troll grub pattern. The hair style is for Karkat.If you sew it together, and it doesn't look quite right, just fiddle with it til it does...

For the head, start by sewing the 2 face pieces from the bridge of the nose down to the underside of the chin (where the chin meets the neck on a person). Then take the triangle piece (Iabeled "head") and sew it on, so that the thin end starts at the bridge of the nose and continues around to the back of the head as it tapers out. It works basically the same as a pony plush head [link] you can see there's a strip of fabric from nose over her forehead. Let me know if that clarifies things enough ^^
