Okay, i have been thinking about this idea for days i think it look cool and of course remind me of Fullmetal Alchemist. Also the transmutation circle a bit off, i did try my best i am not very with circle ><Related content

It's a very nice looking circle. The picture as a whole definitely has that FMA feel to it.

Well, there's quite a lot of transmutation circles in FMA, though of course it's not the only anime with them. Personally, I'm studying "magic" circles in general, and from my research, they're actually pretty connected to transmutation circles.
I can only make suggestions, and it's up to you to decide what to do next, but Roy Mustang's flame circle looks pretty cool.

I love it! The words that go along the outer circle are (starting from where 12 would be on a clock) "pale white and black with false citrine (symbol) imperfect white and red. The peacock's (symbol) feathers in bright colors, the rainbow in the (symbol) sky above, the spotted panther, the green (symbol) lion, the crow and beak, blue as lead. They shall (symbol) appear before you in perfect white (top symbol)." the smallest circle just repeats from "they shall" to "imperfect white and red". The two 1/4 circles at the top left & right say "after the perfect white follows the gray" and the one on the bottom says "and after these, shall appear the substance"

well i don't know the brotherhood ending but from what i see from the ending the shambala one i still not very satisfied with it. Anyway yeah it is sad, i was intent to use real blood but to draw so much blood i am afraid of pain
