Two of the charactors from 's beautiful, sexy web comic. Deimos and Cain, in case you didn't notice the title... just saying. I love the sort of desperate addiction in some relationships. Well, I like hearing about them. Being in addictive relations actually scucks, by the way. Anyways, I thought this would be a good pair use for that idea. I'm so-so. I really like the art, HM is amazing, but, as a writer, story means a lot to me. A good plot is always something important, to keep my interest.
If something has the most amazing art ever but the story doesn't make sense or interest me, chances are I won't really look at it twice, and will probably lose interest, eventually.

I'll have to agree. If something has bad art... I can't do it at all. Sometimes it's not even "bad art", just art I don't... personally like? Like the manga "One Piece" for example, a lot of people love it, but the art bothers me so much, I can't really bring myself to give it a chance, though I hear the story is good.
Personally, if I can't "get along with" the art, I prefer if there is no art at all, just text.
