I see representations of all the elements. The wind ruffling her hair, hands conjuring fire, slimy water stuff (like from a swamp maybe), and sitting on mushrooms from the earth. At least that's what I see.
Or I guess the stringy swampy stuff could be vines. This could be looked at many ways. I have had to look at the picture six or seven times now, my mind can't decide what it's seeing.
