Description
This used to be a rainbow dash from McDs but I decided I wanted a Derpy instead. I re-rooted the tail and completely painted everything myself.seen at EQD [link]

Wow, this is great! I'm actually working on a few custom McD's ponies myself...I've got the bodies all painted the correct colors in acrylics, but I'm having a little trouble with the small details: How did you do the eye? Also, how can you remove the tail?

Well Yoshiboshi3 the eye was done with a combination of a really fine tipped brush and a paint marker. The tail was tricky. The method I ended up useing was that I removed it by melting it off with a soldering iron, and then clearing the hole, again with the iron. just be careful not to melt the pony. hope that helps.
