well i've been using it for quite a few years now :Y
And keep in mind a surface pro is different than a regular graphics tablet. A true graphics tablet will have better polling rates, pressure levels, and can even incorporate things like tilt and whatnot.

Hmm.....what if you have a tablet, but it does not have pressure sensitivity to it. Do you erase at the tips and make it pointed and sharp?

That means you have issues with your tablet and it's not installed correctly, or your program's not recognizing it.
That's a completely different issue.
