He still seemed worried.. scared even. And then there was that sudden kiss aswell. She let him kiss her but was confused why. She pulled her arm back gently. Her heart started to beat faster again. Scared now aswell. " What are you doing..Something is worrying you, right. Please let me help you..." He never was scared.. now that she realizes that she was fearfull too. " Did something happen? Are you sick? "

"Noo, no. It's... all going to be alright now, like you said", he spoke, stroking along her arm and shoulder subtly. He couldn't even tell Lia... if he got lucky she won't be able to put the pieces together either... at least he was hoping so... already thinking about how he could hide the wounds. If he made it home that is. "Don't worry about me", he said, his hand by now brushing by her cheek. He didn't want to die.

" Alright.. " He didn't want to say what's up. Of course. She sighed as she grabbed his hand. Pulling it away from her cheek. " I won't worry then, just go to sleep. " She turned around to lay on her side, facing away from him. Having me worried for nothing ...pfff idiot

Her reaction almost got him confused. He just looked at her laying down. Nooo he wasn't ready yet <.< "Sure..." He touched his shirt. Hmpf. Still wet. Geez what a mess. It was totally ripped too. He just laid down to her, gently brushing his fingers over her back. His plans to sleep were crossed from the list. He couldn't risk not waking up again. Even worse if Kimberly would find him dead in the morning. No, definitely no risks on that.

Siighh. Whyy didn't he just..sleep. He should be tired with all the bloodloss. The touching made her pretty annoyed however. She just wanted to sleep. Again she grabbed his hand. harshly this time without looking what she was doing. " Riley.. Stop doing that..just sleep. " Honestly she was just disappointed that he is keeping things quiet. He just doesn't trust me enough. But if its not that bad why should I worry anyways. She thought. " Goodnight. I will be gone early tomorrow ."

Riley froze at her reaction. Whaat was that. Did he upset her? Uh nuh, that was the last thing he wanted D: "I'm sorry", he simply said and pulled his hand back. "Night." With each hour it would become harder to fight the exhaustion, the heavy eye lids, but he couldn't give in. He had to survive.

about 5 hours she remained sleeping before waking up thanks to her lovely nightmares. She crawled up and sat there..staring at the darkness for a few seconds. cant see shite...ofc. she did feel that riley wasnt sleeping however. " Are you awake? Rileyyy..You should sleep.. silly..." She chuckled silently. still not thinking clearly because her brain wasnt quite awake yet.

He blinked at her. "I was", he lied. "Another nightmare?", he then asked instead and sat up, looking at her a bit worriedly. He knew how horrid nightmares could get.

" of course... " Again she chuckled. leaning against him when he sat up. Almost wanting to crawl in him it seemed. Feeling safe as long as she could listen to his heart beat. " I like ur new scars love.. I really do." She grinned while being half asleep again with her eyes closed all snuggled up to him. " Did you have a nightmare too? "

Again her behaviour got him almost confused again. But he was glad he was allowed to touch and hold her again. He carefully wrapped his arms around him, just in case she changed her mind. He smirked slightly. "I guess..." His expression frowned again and stroke her lovingly. "Yes." One that he wished so badly to wake up from.

Her eyes opened slowly again..Starting the slow progress of waking up. Realizing she was lying in his arms again but not doing anything about it for now. " Be honest with me..dear." She grins slightly. " I know you a bit better by now..I know something is not right...And I know you dont want to tell me" kisses his shoulder veeery carefully and slowly." But please.. I am not leaving before I get an explaination for your odd bahavior last night. You looked scared. Why? " her eyes were watching his now..she was just too curious to let it go.

Damnit. "I was just... surprised", he tried to explain, "I hadn't thought my injury was this bad since it didn't hurt much, that's all." Oh he was hoping that was enough to calm her. He had tried his best to sound normal.

Ohh bitch plz rly.. She knows that he would never react that way if things are a bit worse then expected ..did he rly think she would believe this bullcrap ?? She laughed a bit before her face turned rather grim. Frowning. Angry. She didn't appreciate this lie. " You were in a freakin shock, Riley! Stop lying to me ! " She grined her teeth. bastard" IF something is wrong. Say it. Because I know there is." Ofcourse..she knew him far too well. Maybe he would regret that now. Well too bad. He could throw her out but she is not just letting this slip.

Riley rubbed his face in his hands. "I can't, Kimberly! I can't." He shook his head. "I'm sorry. I love you dearly, which is why I can't." He lowered his head. "You shouldn't have to worry about me."

" I never heard so much bullshit coming out of one guy." crawls back and puts on her boots. She changed for him and he can't even tell something?? She was just so done. "I will never be worried about you anymore. We are done. Riley. Goodluck with the trail and your life. " Grabs her coat and gear and walks to her horses. " Wake up guys ! We are going." Nax was already eager to go while the other two were still waking up as she got everything back on them. Not trying to face her anger on them.

"What?? NOo", he got up as well to go after her, moving a bit too rapidly so his side and back stung and he pulled a face. He stood there, debating whether to tell her or not... what was worse? "Please, please don't do this!" Her hating him when he died, or her being terribly worried when he died. "I beg you!"

Begging ? Really? She never would have expected that from him. " Leave. me. alone. Riley." She didnt even look at him. He could try yes, but not this time. She got the saddle on and fixed the last bit of their gear. Also putting her coat back on and the belt. She untied the knots and lowered the stirrups to get on Jäger.

He got towards her, as fast as his injury allowed. He held it with his hand and suddenly noticed how his fingers touched some liquid again... Shit. "I know you're mad, but..." he sighed and looked to the ground. "I can't- I don't... want to let you go in an argument." He stared at the stirrup almost in terror.

She got her feet in there and pulled herself up. Sitting down in the saddle. Jäger rearing a bit and ready to leave. " Baaww Well too bad ! It has happened, ' love'. " Why was he even out there. Idiot should put on some clothes. " bye bye dear.. I promise I wont ever think or worry about you." pets jäger.

Riley stared at her and slowly took a step back, trying to respect her decision. "I never thought I was going to be so afraid of dying alone in the middle of nowhere some day...", he mumbled very silently, and dropped to his knees, feeling unable to carry his own weight any longer. Dáma came closer having noticed something was wrong with her two-legged earlier already, and gently nudged his shoulder. She was gone.
"Is this was cold feels like?"
