Description Synopsis: Mountaineer comes to Sodor for repairs, from the Ffestiniog Railway in Wales. There, meets Duke, Sir Handel, and Peter Sam. When the topic of Mountaineer's days in the war come up, he mentions that he was in the same squad as a certain blast from the Mid Sodor's past: Stanley, the Baldwin 10-12-D.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because I'm a narrow gauge enthusiast, the War Department Light Railways always springs into mind when I think of WW1. So, I took the thought further, and thought about what might've happened if there was an engine who remembered Stanley's incidents during the war. THAT was my inspiration for the upcoming story. Hope it comes out well.

No. This is before Stanley arrived on the Mid Sodor Railway. He survived the blast.
