I've gotten so many compliments on my icon that I decided to make a tutorial on how I made it! Hope you guys like it! I used GIMP 2.6 for this tutorial, but I think it works on Photoshop too.I use this method for Hehku markings too, but instead of a path I just make a new layer and use a paintbrush set to white.
