Description --HISTORY--

Formerly known as The Serpent of the Bog, Deborah remained secluded in the swamplands near the Karuka jungles where any intruders would be dealt with via her trademark spell - a soul-severing technique that briefly separates the life essence of aΒ PokΓ©mon from their body, the duration of which generally lasts for ten minutes before the hapless victim would awaken, well-rested and (hopefully) unharmed, left to be on their way.

Her goal was simple - to learn more about magic where her annoying beauty would be less of a distraction to herself and those around her - until the time that she would finally be able to unearth some long-hidden secret of magic and its usefulness to her, the unwitting populace of the country would be unaware of her intentions or even her very existence.

However, as the witch became more and more vengeful on those who stumbled into her path or encroached on her home, the guilds eventually took notice and summary action to subdue her. The battle was fierce and resulted in bloodshed and even unfortunate lost life, until the Milotic was finally subdued inside of an Apricorn Cell.

It took many months of rehabilitation for the guilds to finally declare Deborah successfully rehabilitated (albeit snide and bitter as ever). She was let free to roam the country as long as she was kept under watch - a decision which was justified, as Deborah was secretly planning to take an opportunity to flee and return to her old lifestyle. However she was required to establish for the sake of her safety and others that she was able to get along with the general public without resorting to magic and violence, and when visiting Ywaru Orphanage she was greeted by a wide-eyed Girafarig child who, upon being questioned angrily by her, declared that she was "very pretty".

This stirred a furious reaction in her, though knowing that she was being watched, Deborah decided to do something which might benefit herself and fool the spies watching over her. She adopted the child - or children, as she soon learned - under the pretense of teaching him some manners. In truth, she intended to make Absalom and his second mind Zimra her pupils in the ways of magic, apprentices that could further her research and perhaps even serve as a worthwhile ally if the Guild or Mystics of Tabira should ever give her trouble.

Sal and Zim changed her - slowly, but surely. Her heart has warmed under the effects of becoming a teacher and a mother, though you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at her. She currently lives in Tabira in her private home grown from inside of a tree, and whenever she is not there she's spending time with her self-proclaimed sisters, Izumi the Zoroark and Nixie the Malamar.

--PERSONALITY--

Unless with her family, you're unlikely to see Deb so much as crack a smile. She's stern, grumpy, and not prone to talking to anyone that she isn't personally interested in - generally involving a skill in magic. She demands respect but not flattery - a comment about her appearance will put you low in her favor, but paying attention to her magic or offering insight to spellcasting may just impress her.

--MOVES--
Ice Beam
Water Pulse
Glare [Magic Link]
Coil

Deborah is able to use Glare without her Arbok-style barrettes, but having them present is much more comfortable to her as it feels more natural to use the move by focusing power through them in the same way actual Arbok do. While nothing more than an accessory, she prefers to channel her soul-severing magic through them rather than her own eyes.

She does seem cute. I don't know why that is. I-I uhhh.... She's just too cute for me.

Haha, she is one of those tsundere types so that has a lot to do with how much of a grump she is even though she's technically nice to her friends and family.

Her arms are tied together?

Well I know some people draw them as arms, but to me it looks like just hair. She uses her tail to grab things, or her mouth if she needs to be especially careful.

I see 'em more as giant eyebrows or something.

Gosh, I wanna interact with her but got no ToT team anymore and like am pushing myself already with Rival-Gates, with having three teams so far and about wanting to add another team in the works apparently, and also needing to get my app for Circus-Darkrai done. I think ToT has been shoved to one end...until I can go there.

Well, if she meets Jaina, she wouldn't have any problems in interact with her, even if the Liepard doesn't match a witch's description in terms of behavior

Well she can still be surprised - and witches are ones to be a surprise in most cases.

Yay love Milotic.Β

She and Mentor have a lot in common yet Mentor is more playful and mischevious. I think they’d get along great, maybe XD

They might! I was wondering about that myself. Deborah doesn't exactly have much patience for cheery types; it's why her "sister" Nixie is a source of constant annoyance to her - but there is still some love in that relationship.

Mentor is a cheery, teasing, troll type so hopefully it might work out XD
