Age: Unknown
Ability: Clear Body
No military would be complete without a leader to guide them, and that's where Noryx has his place in the force known as the Raiders. With the mind of a psychic and the giant steel body to hold enough thoughts to organize a fleet of soldiers, he showed for many years why he could be trusted to lead soldiers like Bruno into battle against the ruthless invasion of other lands as they tried to cross the Farlin border, as well as fighting against the cold, unfeeling onslaught of Mystery Dungeons threatening to swallow the land.
Noryx isn't as emotionally present as other thinkers like Eunice, because in his mind there isn't much for him to show. He has never been a family-oriented creature, and instead chooses to focus on quantifiable matters like halting Mystery Dungeons and slowing down the damages that crime and war cause to his homeland. This is why Bruno and Stourch are able to trust him with their lives: Noryx is a leader who very literally lives his entire life thinking and planning how he and others should coordinate and work together to do their duty as guild members. It would be extremely hard to find someone less likely to break your trust than the Raiders Tactician.
How he talks:
"If this is a hostage situation, which it certainly seems to be, our primary target must be that larger fellow. The smaller one doesn't seem to be hurt and is not in a position to be hurt, provided we contain his companion quickly. Besides which, a kidnapper being allowed to run free would be disastrous for Farlin. ...Reassure the child? That we can do after we've eliminated the main threat."
"Logically speaking, we only have enough time to do away with that dungeon core inside of eight hours. It seems, with how volatile the environment is and how violent the wild Pokémon around here are behaving, we may be overwhelmed by the Mysteriousity past that point."
"We will need a thorough battle plan to dispense of an enemy like this. True, we are not equipped with many front-line fighters in this currents group, but that may actually be beneficial. If those of you with healing abilities focus your attention on those with speed and range in their movesets, we can afford to sustain a few minor hits and whittle the opponent down faster than they will have time to react. We will have to begin now."

That reminds me of a similar character in my personal stories in ToT, but it's a Metagross
