i think you are using metacity als windowmanager, is that right?
if yes: you are not able to use the right window borders, you have to install pekwm and use [link] oder install openbox and use my openbox theme.
But you can use the gtk theme: [link]
download - unzip it twice - than you have a folder called "Wobachi" - copy the folder into /home/YOUR USER NAME/.themes
".themes" is a hidden folder -> show it with STRG+H (Ctrl+H)
than go to: system - Preferences - Appearance and choose WOBACHI
