Doesn't load as an ASL styles file, it's just a PSD image file. I think you've uploaded the wrong file, as it'd be counter intuitive to try and reverse engineer the styles from the graphic included? :/

Why would you RAR a file so small? It doesn't get good compression anywhere below a few gigs, and most machines don't have 7zip on them. Every other layer styles group I've grabbed it's been click, click the download link down the bottom, and bam installed. With this I then had to go grab 7zip and dick around in explorer for a few seconds. Sure, it was all under a minute, but EVERY other persons styles on Deviant Art have taken seconds, not minutes.

So for those of you who can't Find the styles ...(Le-Sigh) Just do what I did and Open the PSD File By extracting it and double clicking the PSD to Open The shop.
THEN YOU manually copy the styles to the style panel (Not that hard)
There are 4 folders in the PSD that each contain 5 layers.
Simply click on each layer click create new style in the style panel name it, and Move on to the next until you have All 20 styles.
