I'm really sorry- I'm a computer n00b, but how do I get these into Photoshop?

load them from the brushes panel in PS. You can roll out a menu and choose 'load styles', choose your folder where you have downloaded them and there you are, pick them and choose 'load' and they will appear in your brushes palet...

all i get is a .psd file of the picture of thumbs above.

Hi!
Please help! I am not sure how to extract the styles to my style folder.. This downloads as 1 psd image. I really love thee, so I would appreciate your help in explaining how to incorporate these as separate styles into photoshop. I know this is probably an extremely dumb question
