Ah, that would be Overkill. They messed him up in a lot of ways while he was a prisoner, the facial scars were just the tip of the iceberg. The scars have since faded despite underlying tissue damage, and they're not really noticeable once he does the tattoos.

That scene takes place a little after the Umbara mission where Snowflake's still grieving the loss of his Kamino squad and contemplating the harsh reality of war.
They're in the mess hall and Headshot waves Snowflake over to come sit with the rest of the group. Snow declines.
"Sit your shebs down, rookie, we don't bite."
"With all due respect, sir, I'd rather not...I'm poor company at present."
Headshot gestures to Overkill sitting beside him.
"Hell, I ain't picky."
"Neither am I, apparently," Overkill mutters wearily under his breath, paying no mind to Snowflake.
Snow hesitates, looks apologetically at Headshot, then proceeds to an empty table.
Panya has just filled her tray when she sees Snowflake sitting at a table by himself. She joins him and gives him a little advice and tries to cheer him up some.
Back at the first table Headshot tries to make Overkill feel jealous that Panya's sitting with Snowflake. Overkill, while adamantly indifferent to wherever the hell she chooses to sit and whose company she keeps, is fed up with Headshot getting on his case.
"Damn you and your stupid theories, Headshot!"
"Oh please, I've got a sixth sense for this kind of thing."
Overkill's having none of it. Headshot shrugs.
"Denial's the first stage, vod," Headshot notes, before taking up his tray and joining Panya and Snow at the other table.
I've got some parts of this section sketched out. Might be a comic, more likely a picture with a portion of story beneath though.

Yeah, he's fun to write. In the comment above is the scene for the pic where he's talking to Overkill, irritating the crap out of him as usual.
The Togrutan is new. I've drawn her a few times but don't really have a name or a backstory for her yet. I'm open to ideas if you have any!

Yup. They have an interesting dynamic. Headshot delights in button-mashing all of Overkill's buttons and getting his metaphorical goat, but he does so with the best intentions.
Still figuring out what role she'll have in story. Once I know her personality a little, finding a name will be easy, until then I'm open to any plot/name ideas if you have them. What kind of character does she seem to be when you look at her?

I think she looks like a senator of some sorts, who has this "look all the fucks I give". I think she would be a hardcore political opponent for everyone wanting to get past her

Actually that one's supposed to be Overkill as well, but I'm still working on it, it's still a little bit off. Then again, so is he when in berserk mode. Might change it or stick with a variation on the first one. The first face he makes seems to be a mix of adrenaline and excitement in anticipation of a likely brutal confrontation, while the one below is supposed to convey all that sadistic ecstasy being unleashed on whatever poor meat-bag attacked first.
He...uh...enjoys his job a little too much.
