Description
Walter Shreeve was highly skilled audio engineer who worked at Wayne-Powers Industries. His defining project was a suit made for demolition using sound waves to reach an objects breaking point. Derek Powers oversaw this project and decided to steal the plans to the suit and use them to make new weapons of war. When Walter objected, he was immediately fired. Months later, Walter returned in an upgraded version of his suit and calling himself Shriek. Shriek targeted Powers for revenge, but he was causing harm and destruction to everything around him and Batman was the only one who could stop him. By the end of their fight Shreeve's armor was turned against him and he was left with virtually deaf. He was able to regain 1/4 of his hearing later but never how it was before.When Titan started gathering villains for his grand plan, Shriek was one of the first people to be recruited. Titan gave him plans and devices that would make him unstoppable and Shriek couldn't say no to that offer. Shriek is now back, badder, and bigger than ever. The "speakers" all over his suit create a sound based force field so no harm can come to Shriek and his sound wave emitters are even more destructive than ever.

Probably not. No offense to her but she's just a mass of black ink in the shape of a person with one big eye. Not much for me to work with creatively.

One insane upgrade that he could have with this suit is the ability to produce claws made of physical sound waves and anything (or anyone) that he strikes or scratches with them will burst from the inside out. Kinda like Scaramouch's dagger from Samurai Jack. That'd would make him a deadly force in hand-to-hand combat as well as from a distance with his main soundwave blasting attacks!
Another thing is maybe an upgrade of the manipulation over sound, like in the episode where he made everything silent except for Terry's footsteps. Maybe he can do the opposite and make everything sound extremely loud to everyone except himself. Like a needle falling on the ground making the sound equivalent to a bomb going off!

I like that idea. But maybe that ability is something that takes up a lot of energy so he can only use it sparingly.

Since "Where's Terry?", Shreeve and his assistant were taken into custody, and his suit donated to the demolitions firm.

Well this is the Arkhamverse, so it doesn't follow the exact events that took place in the Batman Beyond episodes.

Yeah. Shreeve lost his sense of hearing because of Terry throwing a Batarang into a part of his Soundwave Demolition Suit.

Well here, he only lost part of his hearing. He's half deaf at this point.

Really? Well, he had a full volume sound blast into his ears through his helmet, which made his eardrums bleed. Anyways, without a proper hearing aid, he won't hear quite well. Since his incarceration at Neo Arkham Asylum, Shreeve's stuck making hearing aids and making sound effects for the community, with his suit donated to a demolition crew.

Well it is the future, so it's not hard to believe that there's a procedure to restore hearing to a certain degree. Shreev will need hearing aids to fully hear but his helmet does provide optimal hearing.
This Shriek won't exactly be following the same history as his DCAU self. There will be differences in character and motivation.

Yep. Anyway, with Derek Powers running the show in Neo Arkham Asylum, pretty much King & Queen of the Royal Flush Gang, Walter Shreeve, Ira Billings, Mad Stanley Labowski, the Jokerz, Inque, Curare, and Jackson Chappell want payback on Terry for putting them there.

Well Derek Powers is only the red herring to cover the identity of the true mastermind of this whole event, Arkham Beyond - Titan
The Royal Flush Gang is essentially side quest villains and are not a part of the main story.
Shriek, Spellbinder, The Jokerz, Inque, and Curare are included in Titan's plan. But Mad Stan isn't here and there's no need for Jackson Chappell because of Bonk and his new toy.

Yeah, Jackson Chappell wound down on the venom and was competent enough to stand trial, and charged with manufacturing, distributing, delivering, and selling slappers.
Mad Stanley Labowski had a lot of fun blowing stuff up in a virtual reality simulator Ira Billings had put up for him.
As for Titan, I could imagine how much stronger he'll get by injecting TN-1 into himself.

Well Titan doesn't need to inject himself with TN-1. Since he was conceived after Joker injected himself up with a massive amount of TN-1, Titan's body was born with an extra organ, one that naturally develops TN-1, so he can freely develop a massive amount needed to transform into a super strong giant.

Yeah, Jackson would be given a round of rehabilitation, pending an investigation involving the manufacturing of Slappers and development of Bane's Venom.
That, or Mad Stan would go assassinate Donald Trump with a car bomb.
As for Titan, I remember his father, the Joker, using Bane's Venom on himself.
