I've been meaning to do this for a long time but it got forgotten among my other drawing projects, but now I'm glad I finally drew it Cause I got a cool idea from looking Blur up. I was thinking since he was cryogenically frozen and escaped in a crash he might get ice powers from it. He draws in ice cold plasma to his guantlets and boots when he runs and he can focus it into a sonic blast or blue lightning bolt that freezes anything they hit.

Yeah i always try to think outside the box when it comes to developing powers for heroes. Makes things alot more interesting
