Being the smartest kid on Earth is hard. Especially when you’re twelve steps ahead of everyone around you. Some say it’s ego, but this kid knows better. For no matter where he goes, Dexter Tartakovsky is always the smartest guy in the room.

Dexter is a remarkably intelligent boy and his works have even gotten the attention of Commander General of Global Security and earned him an employment with the agency in the Research and Development department, making him the youngest member with being just 13. Dexter's genius has also earned him a trainee position with the Justice Force of America and under the tutorship of the legendary Major Glory. Dexter likes to play it cool but inside, he's giddy with joy. Dexter only has two people that he considers worthy as rival intellects. The first being Blossom Utonium of the Powerpuff Girls. Dexter also can't help but find himself infatuated with the pink bowed leader of that super hero trio whenever he sees her. The second being Dexter's nemesis Mandark Astronomonov. This boy has used his intellect to craft weapons of evil and personally torment Dexter. Mandark interns at the shadowy OniCorp under a mysterious figure unseen by all, only known by his name that strikes fear it the hearts of even the bravest of heroes: Aku.

Dexter has been known to have a bit of an ego due to his high intelligence and young age, but despite all that, he just wants to do is use his intellect to make the world a better place for everyone on it, aspiring to someday have his own tech company when he comes of age. Dexter has many titles to workshop, but the one he likes most of all is DexLabs. Though is Dexter wants to make this dream a reality, he'll have to work on his ego and learn to play well with others. That will be the biggest challenge Dexter has ever tackled.

Then there’s his big sister, Dee Dee Tartakovski. At age 16, Dee Dee’s a good bit more mature than her little brother. She’s got a kind heart and a gentle soul, always putting the needs of others before herself.

Dee Dee volunteers at the local ballet studio on the weekends, teaching the likes of Cow, Little Suzy, Jimmy, Sara, and even Bubbles of the Powerpuff Girls.Helping Dee Dee out with teaching is Olga "Lalavava" Astronomonov, sister to Mandark. They were fierce rivals upon first meeting and even got their brothers to design robot suits to dance in, but now they've settled their differences and have come together in their love of ballet (now if only their brothers could learn to make peace). Though Dee Dee's friends Lee Lee and Mee Mee have moved onto different styles of dance, they still remain the best of friends and come together for watch parties with the reboot series, Pony Puff Princesses The Magical Friends. While Dexter is gifted with intelligence in science, Dee Dee is gifted with a truly wondrous imagination that allows her to see the world in what it could be instead of what it is. Dee Dee's imagination has also brought her a truly amazing imaginary friends, Koosalagoopagoop, or Koosy for short. Koosy still comes around to see Dee Dee despite her being 13 years and his new main friend now appears to be Bubbles.

If there's one thing that is certain with Dee Dee, it's that she lovers her little brother. Sure, she antagonizes him, but that’s what big sisters do. There's also a good reason behind Dee Dee thrashing Dexter's laboratory when they were younger as Dexter spent most of his time cooped up in the lab and so to have any time hanging around her brother, she snuck in and explored. After the first time Dee Dee accidentally broke something, Dexter told her to get out of his laboratory and then fixed and replaced it with something even better. Dee Dee saw this as being their thing, she breaks into the lab, wrecks stuff, Dexter yells at her to get out, and he improves his lab with even being aware of it. Dexter would never know that he owed many breakthroughs to Dee Dee's meddling. Dee Dee just wants to be part of Dexter's life and remind him that there's more to enjoy in life than finding that next big scientific advancement. Also, she wants to join in some Dexter's superhero adventures, but she's gonna have to be subtle about that one or else Dexter will see it coming from a mile away.
