But her face is what I like here. You drew her so lovely and cute yet so awesome at the same time! You got her dangerous but charming personality down nicely.
I'm gonna focus more attention on Jenti next year and her adventures with Rioichi. And this early piece of fan art of her helps motivate me. Many thanks Zig man!! You drew one of my more obscure characters and she looks awesome!!

I just couldn't resist drawing her with how much attention she got in the contest.
I thought it would make her look a bit cooler to have her katanas facing back instead of forward. There's just something awesome about that.
Her face was actually the thing I was worried about the most when drawing this. I usually draw my characters facing left and when I draw them going right, it comes out looking off in some way. I was hoping to get her looking cute but ready for action in this, so it's good to know I got that right.

Im rather surprised at the attention she got myself. Guess that's what told me to start paying more attention to her. 
I agree! The katanas facing backwards are a lot cooler! 
I know what you mean about a character facing one direction And her body another. We are consciously thinking whether it not that could happen to a body IRL. Contrapasto I think we call it.
Even if it does look slightly off it still looks great. The face you have her totally works. : D
Im glad you liked drawing her. Through this contest I held Zi enjoyed it too. And it's definitely time for me to bring her back in the forefront.

Yup, Lady M and Lizzie have gotten some incredible drawings and are some of your most well known characters. So it's great to see that some of the others will get a chance to reach their level.
True, even if we can't explain how it's cool, that doesn't take away how awesome something like that is.

I don't anticipate my other characters reaching the same peak as Lady Malmsteen in terms of popularity. And Im ok with that since The Lady is my crowning achievement. But it would be neat if that did happen.

It basically tells the importance of weight on one foot and how it effects the body thereafter when drawing it.

Whoops, I meant to say that your other characters would be as well known as Malmsteen. You're right in saying that she's your crowning achievement, I don't know any other TUFF Puppy OC as recognizable as she is.

Well I never thought she would go as far as she had; but there you go. I don't anticipate (nor should I) making another one like her. Sometimes one moment of glory is good enough.
Well it all depends on what art class or what teacher you have. Among other things it was body weight they stressed heavily to me.
