So I've been discussing Kevin 11 alot and that got me to thinking of redesigning him again to give him more of a better look. Here he's demonstrating his absorption powers with matter and energy.For this Kevin, he didnt meet up with Ben and Gwen at the start of AF. He attacked them and Cooper later on and transformed into an amalgam form matching the AF first ten aliens, though he was defeated and Copper slapped a control cuff on Kevin's arm. A magnetic field keeps Kevin from interfering with it and it inhibits his powers so he won't do anything drastic like try to steal more aliens out of the omnitrix or use his powers against Ben or the others. Now Kevin is the unoffical fourth member of Ben's team since he can't be taken to Plumbers HQ (Theyve been busy with Highbreed attacks all over the world and can't spare any men to watch him.)
So this is whats left to sum up:
Kevin was never an alienΒ
His powers dont affect his mind
He will always be evilΒ
Reality is an illusion
The Universe is a hologram
Buy Gold, Bye!

Nope, to me they never seemed like the the type of people to get together and with their history, that made it harder for me to understand.

At first it seemed to me Gwevin was a fanpairing. However, I admit they wrote some good stories around it. But if I chose to start over the series where the originals left off...I'd probably not bring them together. But I would not keep Kevin as the bad guy...most of the time.

I'll admit that there were some good stories. But I think that their romance kinda overshadowed the chance for anyone else to have a good one.
Ok so no Gwevin for your version but how would Kevin not be a bad guy most of the time ?

I'll take out the Gwevin so the stories told with Kevin wouldn't have any distractions for him so he could be fleshed out better.

Well even if you don't become a writer? Know you are more qualified for character design instead. However the only conflict you'll most likely have is either with other character designers or laziness of the animators.

Not a full boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, but kevin will be flirting with Gwen alot to get a rise out of her and to make Cooper jealous of how confident he is with Gwen.

I give Man of Action a pass on this because it was Dwayne McDuffie and his team that screwed up everything and made UAF such a crappy series.
They get a pass this time around but I wont give them one when it comes to Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble. Those are such bad follow ups to the shows that came before them.
