The leaders of the Avengers.Tony Stark has been considered one of the most smartest men on Earth, but nothing he thought of could save him from Palladium poisoning from his own arc reactor. He lost over 80 percent of his body before the infection was stopped. Tony did manage to get his lost body replaced with cybernetics, but Tony fell into a deep depression and cut himself off away from the world for years. Not even Pepper, Happy, or Rhodey could bring him out of it and they were forced to move on with their lives. No one would see Tony Stark or Iron Man for 7 years until an assault was launched on Stark Tower by Iron Monger and Tony suited up once more to defend his home. After swiftly defeating Stane, Tony felt like himself for the first time in years and decided he needed to rejoin the world and that it needed Iron Man to help defend it.
When Thor left Midgard, he worried that his absence might lead to heroes not having enough help in defeating evil. So Thor took one last trip to Earth and visited the first person he ever met, Jane Foster. Working as an EMT, Jane was the ideal person to accept the offer Thor had with saving the world and the people in it. Thor offered to transform Jane into an asgardian hero known as a Valkyrie. Jane was hesitant to accept such a big responsibility but she knew that she would save more lives as hero than what she was now. Thor offered Jane, Odin's Spear, Gungnir, and it transforms her into a great warrior. Jane now works with the Avengers as one of its leaders and continues to do good work, whether it is saving people from a villain's wrath or using her magic to heal those who are fatally wounded.

AIM has the motto of knowledge is power, so the group with the most advanced tech will rule the world. They steal and develop most of the world's most advanced tech and recruit most of the smartest villains who are willing to work with them.

Well his mechanical body breaks down the eaten food to it's basic nutrients and sends that into his organic half. The remaining waste is put into a small containment module that Tony can take out of his body. All that's left of Tony's organs are his heart and lungs.
