This tutorial has given me good insight on how other artists make their pictures, I could apply some of the techniques to my own art to help speed up the process. You don't seem to have gone into detail on how to keep the lines smooth and line thickness consistent which is one of the aspects that takes up a lot of the time in my art. Perhaps you just have a steady hand and have no trouble controlling line direction and thickness.

ok so when it comes to making my lines smooth for line art, i use s-7 in the stability tab. it gives a weird effect to the brush but allows for very smooth lines. that is one way of getting smoother lines. if you having a hard time with the size of the brush fluctuating, you can increase the minimum size of the brush or just decrease the actual size of the brush. New Canvas
changing these settings on your brush may also make it look better.
hopefully that helps if not i might have some other tips

Stability doesn't look like a setting that's available in my version of Photoshop, which is pretty old. I know you use SAI, but most techniques translate well between different software. Maybe Krita has some feature like that I could try.

i find that drawing smooth and consistent lines in photoshop can be fairly difficult. so i dont really know how to make it better in photoshop.
