I spent many an hour on this one. As soon as ~Blytz mentioned a wolf emoticon I immediately thought of Wolf's Rain, during the ending credits they have a wolf running just like this. Luckily I managed to get my hands on an episode and use it as a reference. Whatever you do don't zoom in on it and look at it frame by frame, surprising how crappy it looks up close

[Edit] Of course as soon as I get it uploaded and see it against dA's dark background I notice a few white spots, durn Fireworks MX is always messing with me

In all honesty, I love this little animation. It's simple, smoothe, effective and most of all inspiring. I love how well it turned out. Personally, I could watch this all day and never get tired of it, it just so amazing. I look at it closly and all I see is the hard work and amazing effort you put into this simple animation. If you can dedicate such time into a small thing like this I think if you really tried you would be able to create a masterpiece. I can't really say much more then, it's astonishing how well you did. I'm in awe. It's just...I can't descibe it...It's just so good for such a simple idea. Amazing job, keep it up and remember: you don't know what you have until you have lost it. Keep this skill a mystery too yourself and let the world tell you what it thinks. Never give up, you have an awe-inspiring skill. What else can I say? Amazing job ^^

Maybe you should try one with a moving colorful background! Or you could try a ground, like rocks or snow...that would be cool too! This is my first time giving a critique, i hope its not too bad haha...

I like the smooth motions and silohouetted (is that spelled right?) body. The form of the body looks very much like a wolf. Though it is one continuous motion (which is very difficult to do without problems) this was done without the wolf breaking stride or having an interupted flex (like in the tail or something.)
I just ran out of things to say. Why does there have to be a 100 word minimum anyways? Did I sound too formal up there? Please tell me I`m still trying to fix that. Nine words left... errrr... almost there... three more... yessssssss.

Really lovely design, really smooth and realistic too. But yet, its quite slowly running.
I wanted it to see in colours, but the black one looks really great.
As I can see you paid a lot of time to do it, sure I can't do it just as good. And I really like, that you used that style, yeah, its really looking like the end from 'Wolf's Rain'
Whatever, I really wanted you too add bagground, moving, just like the wolf.
(Since its a 100 word minium, I couldnt find anymore to say. But I hope its a great critique. )

oh wow, its beautiful! i love the black, like its a shadow. the animations very smooth! really slow though. did you want it to be slow? i can only imagine why the wolf it running...this animation makes me think a lot! (I've never seen wolf rain, but because of this i think i will.) your work really paid off!
All i have left to really say is you're very talented, and i cant wait to see more!
