Drew this while listening to the English version of "Latin Simone" on repeat. This picture was meant to be a cheer-up for myself after breaking my toe (the paaaain!), but it didn't come out very cheery, did it?

(Don't worry, folks I'm doing art-trades with. I'm still working on your pictures!)

I'm not satisfied with it, but I still think I'm improving, so I'm trying to look at it in a positive light. I mean, compare it to this: [link] which I drew just under four months ago. I'd say the improvement is pretty obvious! Please cheer me on in the hopes that I will continue this upward trend.

Anyway. 2D, hard at work on a song. How long has he been sitting there, plinking keys and writing out scribbly notes? He'll probably keep sitting there until he gets it just right-- or until he passes out on the floor. You know, whichever happens first.

(Uh, and I'm sure I don't need to say it, but still: painkillers and alcohol are NOT a good combo. Don't try this at home, kids. Leave it to the trained cartoon professionals.)
