Description
Stamps.... so very 2008. Clearly this is 2009 and we need something new!Shouts are the same size as Stamps, usable in your journal like Stamps, but Shouts allow you to tell people just what you're thinking!
So shout it out!

Thanks to $liquisoft for pointing out that a left bubble would allow for avatars to shout messages. An inspired idea which I've firmly embraced. Thanks bud!
I've also adjusted the placement of the righthand speech arrow to better fit a right justified avatar. Now you can have conversations!

Well, make individual frames first, then animating with an animating program. If you don't have one, there's some that you can use online (like iaza, look it up!).
